Built predominantly with local, natural materials, the home is thoughtfully designed for sustainability and comfort, harnessing traditional techniques for natural ventilation and airflow to maintain a balanced interior climate year-round.

Strategically placed openings channel fresh air and allow warm air to escape, while carefully filtered natural light keeps the interior bright yet sheltered from the intense summer sun. The textured, earthen-plaster finish on both the exterior and interior walls and ceilings fosters a warm, inviting atmosphere that connects seamlessly with the coastal landscape, creating a sense of familiarity and harmony within each space.
